Make a Booking
1Do athletes have CRB/DBS certificates?
Most of our athletes have full CRB/ DBS certification. We however still ask, if a member of staff could be present with the athletes at all times. It is the schools responsibility to ask for the CRB/DBS certificates in advance of the visit.
2How can a school make a booking?
Schools are able to make a booking in 3 different ways. 1 )Fill out the ‘Make A Booking’ form on the website 2) Email us directly with your requirements at email@example.com 3) Call us today on 0800 689 3061 A booking confirmation email will be sent to schools that have successfully made a booking. If you do not receive a booking confirmation email please contact us directly to enquire about your booking.
3How late can a booking be made?
The earlier you can make a booking the better, as it means we can prolong the recruitment process and provide you with a more detailed list of potential athletes for the event. Bookings however can be made up to 1 week before the event. LoveSchool has a quick turnaround due to the high number of athletes that we work with.
4Can the date be changed once a booking is made?
Yes. We understand that a schools timetable may unexpectedly change, and therefore we do allow schools to change the date of the event. We do ask, wherever possible that schools give us as much notice as possible regarding a date change.
5Can a booking be cancelled?
Yes. Bookings can be fully cancelled anytime up to 14 days before the event is scheduled to take place. If the schools want to cancel a booking 14 days before the event, there will be a cancellation fee. This fee is 40% of the original cost.
6Can athletes stay longer than the standard time?
If a school would like the athlete to stay longer than the required time, please make us aware of this by telephone or email. We can then ask the athlete if they are able to stay for the additional time required. There would not usually be a fee associated with this, unless the athlete is required for a substantial amount of time.
7How can a school make a payment?
Schools can make a payment through BACS transfer, cheque or through our secure online payment facility. Cheques should be made out to ‘LoveSchool’.
8When is the payment due?
Schools are able to pay before the event, or within 14 days after the event. LoveSchool will provide your school with an invoice before the event. A late payment charge will be enforced for all schools that fail to pay within 30 days prior to the event. If the school is unable to pay on time, we kindly ask that you provide this information to us in writing, as not to incur a late payment charge.
